A question Pakluk regulars often ask is: do I need to do anything special to join the VIP Club? The answer is no. The moment you open an account on Pakluk and place your first bet, you're already a Bronze tier member — no separate application, no fees required.
The points system is designed to be straightforward. From slots to Sports Betting, every category earns you points. Rates vary slightly by category, but the more you play across the board, the faster you advance. Your account dashboard features a real-time points tracker — check at any time to see your current tier and how many points you need to reach the next one.
Starting from Gold tier, you get access to a dedicated account manager — one of Pakluk's standout features. This is a real person assigned specifically to your account. You can reach them directly with any question or issue, no waiting in the general support queue.
Withdrawal limits increase significantly at Platinum and Diamond tiers. No more long waits after a big win — withdrawals for higher-tier members are processed almost instantly. Pakluk believes loyal players deserve better service.
The Elite Tier is in a league of its own — it's strictly invite-only. Long-standing players who have spent considerable time at the Diamond Tier and built a trusted relationship with Pakluk receive a personal invitation directly from Pakluk. Elite Tier members enjoy luxury gifts, custom bonus packages, and unlimited point validity.
One thing worth mentioning — VIP doesn't mean extra spending. Simply playing as you normally would is enough. Pakluk wants every gaming session to be enjoyable, and rewards you for that enjoyment. The VIP Club is a structured way to make sure you get recognised for it.
What Our VIP Players Experience at Pakluk
Ever since reaching Gold Tier, the difference has been night and day. Having a dedicated manager means any issue gets resolved within minutes. The cashback lands every Monday morning — no hassle, no waiting.
After reaching Platinum, I got invited to an exclusive tournament — and walked away with a prize. Pakluk's VIP programme is the best I've seen on any platform in Bangladesh.
I was genuinely surprised to receive a birthday bonus from Pakluk. That perk starts from Silver tier, and little touches like that show just how seriously this platform takes its players.
